    Buddy Check In: 7:30am-8:00am
     
    Buddy Training:  8:00am-9:00am
     
     
    This TOPSoccer Buddy Training is a one hour introductory course to prepare volunteers to work with players with disabilities. A Buddy will be paired with an athlete to assist with his/her soccer experience. You will work with the coach to determine the Buddy's role on the field, guide the players physically, if necessary, on the field, encouragement to the player, and help to ensure a safe and fun experience for the player. 
     
    After Buddy Training buddies will join the festival with the athletes. 
     
    ***YOU MUST BE 12 YEARS OF AGE TO ATTEND THIS COURSE*** 
     
    Buddies should wear comfortable running shoes and athletic attire. Buddies should bring drinking water.
