Cal South 2024-2025 Annual Affiliate Renewal

Introduction

The 2024-2025 Affiliate Renewal Application Requires the following items (All Documents must be up to date and in PDF Format):

  1. Bylaws
  2. Rules and Regulations
  3. DBA (if Applicable)
  4. Board of Directors Contact List
  5. Active Secretary of State status
  6. Active IRS Status
  7. Lastly, be prepared to pay with your credit/debit card. Applications will not be considered unless the application fee of $100 is paid.

Please Note: Leagues/Clubs that change by using a different non-profit organization number and subsequently use a different name must complete the “New Member Sanctioning” process outlined below as a new affiliate member. Any and all prior outstanding financial obligations due to Cal South must be paid in full or have an approved “Settlement Agreement” in place with Cal South prior to a renewal application being processed. The returning League/Club must be “In Good Standing” with Cal South. Once all requirements are met the application will be submitted for review and initial processing. Please allow 14 days for the application to be reviewed. Applications will be reviewed and processed on a first come, first served basis.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

The Affiliate Club/League President must acknowledge on the online application that all the items submitted are accurate, current and up to date by signing the ELA’s. Payment of Member Renewal Application fees complete the Member Renewal Application.
