Our MLS program provides additional skills training for our players.  This program will run on Fridays and Sundays.  Friday sessions will be comprised of a 1 hour training session, which includes a dynamic warm-up followed by technical skills and fun games!  Sunday sessions will include a recap on some of the basic skills followed by small-sided games.  All of our sessions will be coached by our professional coaching staff in the hopes of providing our recreational players with a stronger foundation of technical skills and a better understanding of the game.

 

Each player will receive a t-shirt.

4/28, 5/3, 5/5, 5/10, 5/12, 5/17, 6/2 

 

 

Sessions will be split up by age groups:

Friday schedule:

Location: Solana Pacific Elementary 

4-6 age group: 4pm-5pm 

7-9 age group: 5:05pm-6:05pm

10-13 age group: 4pm-5pm

 

Sunday schedule: 

Location: Sycamore Ridge Elementary 

4-6 age group: 12pm-1pm

7-9 age group: 1:15pm-2:15pm

10-13 age group: 2:30pm-3:30pm
