This is a re-certification
clinic open to those who are already grade 8 referees and need to re-certify
for the 2013 registration year. Referees grade 7, 6, 5 that are re-certifying
from last year should not attend this clinic unless they are planning to
downgrade to a grade 8. You must attend a State level clinic. Go back to the
class list and look a re-cert clinic for your grade level.

All referees must take an annual refresher exam and pass at the
appropriate level for their grade. Attendance is required for a
re-certification clinic. After completion of the course your U.S. Soccer
Federation(USSF) referee registration is good till December 31st, 2013.

Study "Laws of the Game",
"Advice to Referees" and” Guide to Procedures" handbooks. All
books are available for download off the Cal South website, www.calsouth.com
(select referees and then laws of the game). THE TEST IS OPEN BOOK YOU CAN
BRING YOUR BOOK WITH YOU
You must get a score of 75% or greater to pass
the written re-certification test.
All fees are non-refundable for a non-passing
exam. If needed, you can retake the exam until you pass at no additional
charge.
Pre-registration must be done online before you attend this course.
If for some reason you are not able to attend the class for which you are
signed up & you are still within the 36 hour time period before the course,
please email refereeregistration@calsouth.com with your name and course information to cancel
your spot.
